Cheese making !

I've documented my first attempt at making cheese, mozzarella to be exact. Though I wasn't overwhelmed by my success, I managed to make an edible cheese, and the satisfaction of eating homemade anything will always make me a happier woman. Here's to many more successes in the cheese-making department.
