We're past the halfway mark and i know i'll be home before we know it.
The last few days have been wonderful because we're on break until this next tuesday. To be honest, after Bob Jones i need some serious recovery time. i got to stay behind the crowd in Charleston, South Carolina with Katie at her parents house while the group went on to myrtle beach.I felt pampered and almost as if i've reentered life again. This whole time the bus has been running in its own dimension and suddenly i'm plopped into reality, I realize how much i miss simplicity and stability; I'm soaking it up hungrily. Tomorrow we'll get dropped off with the rest of the group in myrtle beach after brunch, and i'll resume the joys of sleeping in hotels...thank goodness for the break.
i am working on putting bolivia together, and things are indeed happening. Within the next week and a half i should have pieced together most of the details, including flights, etc. I'm looking at leaving the beginning of June. The duplicity of planning my outside life and living the Equality Ride is overwhelming. I have so little stability; to keep track of information, make calls and payments, and even think outside of the box of the Equality ride is an interestingly forced task.
we'll be off to Montreat on next tuesday....our stillness is over, and The Ride goes on.
